The Partner.io HubSpot integration keeps your partner-sourced leads in sync with HubSpot. When a partner submits a lead through Partner.io, it's automatically pushed into HubSpot as a lead or deal. Likewise, when a lead or deal is created or updated in HubSpot, Partner.io will reflect that change automatically, keeping both platforms in sync without any manual work.
From the Partner.io side navigation, click Integrations.
Locate the HubSpot card and click Connect.
Sign in to HubSpot if prompted, then select the account you'd like to connect from the list and click Choose Account.
Review the requested permissions and click Connect app.
You'll be redirected back to Partner.io. Click Activate on the HubSpot card to enable the integration.
Note: Make sure you're logged into the correct HubSpot account before authorizing, as this determines which portal gets linked to Partner.io.
To disconnect, click the Disconnect button on the HubSpot card. If you disconnect, leads and account data will stop syncing between the two platforms. Existing data already in HubSpot will remain on your records.
Once HubSpot is connected, click the settings icon on the HubSpot card to configure how the integration behaves.
Choose whether Partner.io should create Leads or Deals in HubSpot. This applies to all leads synced from Partner.io.
If you've selected Deals, choose which HubSpot pipeline new deals should land in. The options here are pulled directly from your HubSpot account.
Choose how synced leads get assigned to a team member in HubSpot:
Round Robin — Assignments rotate evenly across your HubSpot users.
Partner Manager — The lead is assigned to the account executive assigned to that partner in Partner.io.
Manual — You pick a specific HubSpot user from the Assignee dropdown, and all synced leads go to them.
This section tells Partner.io how to link synced leads and deals to your partner reps and their organizations inside HubSpot.
You'll configure four fields:
Lead Partner Rep Association — Links a synced lead to the partner rep who submitted it.
Lead Partner Association — Links a synced lead to the partner rep's organization.
Deal Partner Rep Association — Same as above, but for deals.
Deal Partner Association — Same as above, but for deals.
The options in each dropdown come from your HubSpot account, including any custom associations you've set up.
Field mapping lets you control how data from Partner.io maps to properties in HubSpot. This is useful if you have custom fields on your lead submission forms and want that data to carry over into HubSpot automatically.
Field mapping is configured on the same settings page as your sync settings — you'll find it on the right-hand side under CRM Field Mapping.
There are two tabs:
Lead Fields — Map Partner.io fields to HubSpot lead properties.
Deal Fields — Map Partner.io fields to HubSpot deal properties.
Click Add Field Mapping to create a new mapping. Each row lets you select a Partner.io field on the left and the corresponding HubSpot property on the right. Hit Save when you're done.
When a lead is approved in Partner.io, it's automatically pushed to HubSpot. Partner.io will create the relevant contacts and organizations in HubSpot if they don't already exist, then create the lead or deal and link everything together. Any mapped custom field values are included too.
If a lead is updated in Partner.io after that, the changes are reflected in HubSpot automatically.
Your team can also work directly in HubSpot. When a lead or deal is created or updated there, Partner.io picks it up automatically. No manual imports needed.
Notes are kept in sync between both platforms. Notes added to a lead in Partner.io appear on the corresponding HubSpot record, and notes added in HubSpot are reflected back in Partner.io.
If you haven't set up your Program Tiers and Rewards yet, head to the Engagement Hub tab in the Partner.io side nav to configure how partners are rewarded for the leads they bring in.
