Courses are training you build for partners — modules and lessons they complete in the partner portal. Use them to onboard partners, teach your product, and align your program on how to sell and position you. Completing a course can award a certification badge you attach in settings.

Before you start
Courses live under Engage → Courses. If you do not see it, your plan may not include this training feature — contact your account team.
Courses are delivered to partners through the portal. You can author before partners exist; learners only see a course after it is published and they are enrolled or the catalog lists it.
Creating a course
On the Courses page, choose New course.
Enter a title (required) and optional summary.
You land in the course editor with a seeded outline to build on.

Building content
Add modules and lessons in the outline.
Edit lesson content in the lesson editor (including quizzes where supported).
Set lesson pass scores, retakes, and when answers are shown.
Use Ask AI in the editor to draft content. Attach source files on the course settings screen so Ask AI can use them.
Publishing and learners
Publish when the outline is ready. Only published courses appear as live training for partners.
Open Learners from a course card or the editor to assign partners, send reminders to incomplete partners, and review progress metrics.
Certification
In course settings, optionally attach a certification badge. Partners who complete the course can earn that badge automatically.
Permissions
Access requires the Courses feature on your plan. Authors need admin access to Engagement Hub courses.
FAQ
Can partners take a draft course?
No. Publish first so the portal shows the live version.
Where do source files for Ask AI live?
On the course settings screen as AI documents for that course.
